Print logos and machine readable codes (eg QR codes, barcodes) in high definition with T-Mark’s high-resolution printers. Our print solutions include the following options:
Abrasion resistance Plasma treatment of the surface leaves a scratch resistant mark even on difficult surfaces such as PE pipes.
Solvent resistant UV cured inks are resistant to solvents including petroleum and MEK.
Printing systems: Simple, modular system make for easy maintenance, handled by your internal technical staff.
Multiple heads run from one controller, meaning consistent variable data across codes (identical spec, meterage marks, positioning, etc)
Variable data can be sent from an external PC/PLC meaning that the info printed is consistent with the production system.
Printing Options
Yeacode Piezo Inkjet (PIJ) Printers: The printer can work with a wide variety of print heads, giving flexibility on print size and running speed.
The print controller also controls the UV LED, ensuring the ink is always cured.
A bulk ink system provides reasonable running costs, and enhanced features such as ink stirring and heating.
Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) Printers: Sojet’s TIJ printers are a low cost, zero maintenance option and use a cartridge-based system for no mess.
Sojet has an outline font option to economise on running costs.
